Job Description: 

We are seeking an efficient and proactive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive support in managing executive tasks and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule, and prioritize appointments
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and provide necessary documentation
  • Handle CEO’s communication, emails, and phone calls with discretion
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Support CEO in strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure efficient executive office operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
  • Proven experience in executive assistance or related role
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
