We are seeking an efficient and proactive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive support in managing executive tasks and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule, and prioritize appointments
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and provide necessary documentation
- Handle CEO’s communication, emails, and phone calls with discretion
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries
- Support CEO in strategic initiatives and special projects
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure efficient executive office operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- Proven experience in executive assistance or related role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in office software and tools
