Job Description: 

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
  • Assist in Collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, such as attendance management, leave administration, and employee inquiries
  • Support in organizing training and development programs for employees to enhance skills and performance
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience (2 years) in HR operations and recruitment
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
