Job Description:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
- Assist in Collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, such as attendance management, leave administration, and employee inquiries
- Support in organizing training and development programs for employees to enhance skills and performance
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience (2 years) in HR operations and recruitment
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
