Job Description:
The Technical Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of software engineers in the development and delivery of software products. The Technical Lead will be responsible for the technical aspects of the projects, including architecture, design, implementation, and testing. The Technical Lead will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the skills of the team members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers
- Develop and maintain the technical architecture of software products
- Design and implement software solutions
- Conduct code reviews and unit testing
- Mentor and develop the skills of team members
- Work with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest software development technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in software development
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design
- Experience with a variety of programming languages and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
